60-DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE

The Seller provides a 60-day health guarantee.  The Seller guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. The Seller will provide a health record of all shots, worming, and a veterinarian exam.  The Buyer agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 10 business days.  Failure to have the puppy examined by a Vet within 10 days of the puppy’s delivered/picked update or if the Buyer fails to provide required immunizations and medical treatment will void this health guarantee.  Dehydration, Diarrhea, Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Internal and External Parasites, Giardia, Fungal Infections, umbilical hernias or any condition that can be corrected by veterinarian treatment and any other preventable conditions are not covered.

Do not expose your puppy to other dogs that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule - around 16 - 20 weeks old.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to care for the puppy properly at all times and keep it free from harm while it is in the Buyer’s care.  The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.

The breeder assumes no responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems.

The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s parents and the
weight of other puppies out of that mating. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full-grown weight, but there are too many variables besides genetics.

The breeder does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy is strictly sold as a pet.
